2 br 1 bath shared common areas. Hardwood floors and lots of natural sunlight. Like the clean the house at least one or twice weekly but clean as much as possible in between. Plenty of storage with laundry on site/ wash/dryer hookups aa well. Household choirs must be shared and cleaning/household supplies shared. Nice neighborhoods on a fairly quiet street. Coliseum Bart startion and Walgreens near by. I’m look for a person mature, friendly, responsible, clean respectful, outgoing and fun. I can not tolerate bias or racist individuals. We don’t have to best friends but I would like someone I can trust, share meals sometimes or communicate well within the home.
