I'm Shawn, a social and chill 32 year old software engineer, looking for a like-minded (preferably male) professional as a roommate. My current roommate is moving out of our nice 2 bed/1 bath apartment, so I'm looking for someone to take his spot. Both rooms are similarly sized (very large!), so we would split the rent in half (you would get the master bed since I'm already situated in the other one). Including ALL utilities (even electricity and FiOS internet), your total rent will be around $2100. Living room is decently sized and is already furnished with sectional sofa, coffee table, TV (with proper sound system). Kitchen is also pretty large for Manhattan standards.
During the week, I do the usual work/gym/netflix thing, but on weekends I'm usually out for beers with friends around the city. I am also clean and respectful of others. Message me if you are a chill, social dude who likes to go out for the occasional beer, you are 420-friendly (infrequent use in my bedroom only), and you don't mind the rare out-of-town guest crashing on the couch.
