Maddy R - $1,900/month

Hello! I am currently a student getting my second degree in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design. I'm currently living in the East Village and love the location because I can walk to school. My ideal location would either be staying in the East Village or moving to Williamsburg.

I'm looking for a female young professional or student in her mid-late twenties. I consider myself to be pretty laid-back and chill, just ask that you'll be respectful of common spaces and clean up after yourself and I will do the same. I consider myself to be a good mix of extroverted and introverted. I love to get out and do things, but am also independent and value some alone time. Not expecting to be best friends with my roommate (although that would be a bonus if so), but would love to find someone that I get along with. I stay very busy with school during the semester, but still enjoy exploring in my free time and nights out, but I don't bring the party home. I'm fine with guests as long as they are communicated about beforehand!

A little about me: I love music, so I go to a lot of concerts and festivals. I love exploring the city and all it has to offer. I enjoy cooking occasionally, as well as trying out new restaurants.
