12 month lease starting 12/1. Three bedrooms total, looking for two awesome roommates to move in to this great, one of a kind place :)
Full bath, living room, dining room, full kitchen, balcony. (Disclaimer, my roommates furnished the place and they’re pretty much taking everything when they go so we’ll have to furnish from scratch). We pay for internet and electric which is less than $100 / month. Landlord cover gas, water and heat. The NW train is right around the corner (according to google maps 800 feet) there is also a grocery store&laudry etc right there too. The neighborhood is more family and friendly. It takes me <10 minutes to get into Manhattan and <15 to get to grand central so transportation is so convinient.
