Hi y’all. I’m looking for either a nice room or roommates. A room would need to fit a queen size bed, and would just be in a reasonably nice apartment. I work at Columbia University so I’m really open to living anywhere on the west side. Including: Morningside Heights, Washington Heights, Upper West Side, Inwood, West/Central Harlem, West Village, Chelsea, TriBeCa, etc.
I’m also open to finding roommates on here that want to look for a full space together on StreetEasy or something. I think that would give us a lot more flexibility, but I can’t afford a 1 bedroom apartment. My current lease is up March 31st so planning ahead and looking for April 1st.
About me: I’m 27 years old, and work full time at Columbia University in Athletics. I’m very relaxed and love sports. I also go to school part time so I stay busy and active. I’m the kind of guy that mostly likes to keep to himself at home, but is also happy to socialize in the common space. I like to cook. I’m looking for the best roommates, but it’s not necessary we are best friends as long as we get along. I want someone clean that pays rent on time. Is friendly and drama free. Non-smokers. I don’t drink, but don’t mind if you do, as long as your not constantly bringing the party home.
Hit me up on here if you’re interested!
