I currently live in Austin and I am interested in relocating to Dallas towards the end of November OR the beginning of December to attend University of Texas at Dallas in the Spring. I am clean, drama-free, responsible (by responsible, I always pick up after myself, I never leave dishes behind in the sink, I always pay rent on time, etc.), and I have good manners (you don’t have to worry about me eating your food, blasting out loud music, or being loud at night).

***PREFERENCES*** I prefer a location that is WITHIN 10 MILES from the UT Dallas campus. / I prefer to have a PRIVATE bathroom. / I am a student, so my budget is $600 with all bills paid. / I prefer to have a roommate who shares the same characteristics: CLEAN, responsible, drama-free, and has good manners. / In addition to a CLEAN place, I also value privacy and a quiet environment. / I do not smoke and I prefer to avoid exposure to second-hand smoking.
