Hello my name is Gustav Soriano, I am moving out alone by end of December 2019/January 2020. I am somewhat introverted but I mind my own business, I am financially independent and extremely responsible, I don't live a lavish lifestyle and don't care about appearances, I am very neutral and open minded. I am not straight but I am not gay either and I hope that can be respected. I get along better with men so I prefer a male roommate. I am organized, and prefer to clean than to cook so if we can make some arrangement that would be great. I have a stable job and income, and also emergency funds for whatever life throws at me. I am allergic to cats and dogs even though I love them so I prefer no pets. I don't go out much, I don't smoke and rarely drink so no drama or problems will ever arise, as long as my space and your space is respected. I hope to make friends with someone rather than just ignore each other but either way is fine.
