Spacious private room in a 3 bedroom/2 bath UWS apartment available immediately. Room has it's own bathroom (shower w/ tub). Large windows let in plenty of natural light. Comes furnished.
The rest of the apartment is a great size, with a large common area and kitchen. The other 2 roommates (late 20's/early 30's) both work full time (one is a teacher, the other produces documentaries and TV shows), and are very easy to live and get along with. Laidback, clean, and drama free.
Apartment is located in a great area, steps away from Central Park, and very close to major subways (B,C & 1,2,3 - A,D weekends) and buses - only 10-15 mins to Midtown. Washer and dryer are located in-unit as well.
