We have a beautiful room in a 2nd floor apartment in Bushwick with exposed brick wall, window, tall closet, wood floors, renovated apartment everything is new and stainless steel, modern kitchen with dishwasher, modern bathroom, Air Conditioning included with room. Very close to the Dekalb L subway stop and easy walking distance to the M Central subway stop: a block away from Maria Hernandez park.

You'd be living with two clean and responsible professionals in our early 30's; a teacher and an architect. It's a three bedroom apartment, each person has their own bedroom. None of the rooms touch each other, so you have great privacy, which is quite rare in NYC.

Nothing shady, one roommate is moving back to her native country and we need to find another roommate. Internet, Gas, and Electricity bills will be divided equally among the three roommates. You'd be signing onto a lease with us, so we'd prefer someone who wants to stay more than a few months.

bedroom is about 120 sq. ft. it has a tall closet, window, AC, can easily fit a queen bed with room to walk around still, and has storage shelves included with the room that can also be taken out if you don't want them. The apartment is in great condition, nicely kept, and in a great neighborhood.

There will be a typical credit check and security deposit as with any signing.
