We're a group of three friends looking for a fourth roommate to join our home in South Williamsburg. It's a beautiful light filled triplex with 5 balconies and wonderful views of Manhattan and Brooklyn. It's a new building with rooftop access, gym, parking on site, laundry in-unit, full kitchen with dishwasher etc.

The available room is large (fits queen bed), has two built-in closets and floor to ceiling windows with Manhattan views. There are 3 bathrooms in the apartment, one right across the available room. Can come furnished with full-size bed + mattress.

The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the Marcy Ave J-M-Z train and a 10 minute walk to the Bedford Ave L train with one stop on both to Manhattan and is right near the Williamsburg Bridge.

About us: we're three friends in their late twenties - Irem from Turkey, Maria from Cyprus, and Andrew from the US. We all have professional jobs but are also very focused on our creative pursuits. We're fun-loving, social, and respectful of each others' space / quiet around sleep/work times.

The initial rental term is 3 months with possibility to extend. Utilities and wifi not included.
