I'm a social, down to earth guy who is clean and respectful. My hours can at times be hectic with work but when I'm free I try to take advantage of it with going out to dinner or getting out of town for a quick trip. I've been living on my own this past year but after giving it some thought I wouldn't mind spending less on rent and more on traveling.

Ideal roommate would be guy or girl living in a doorman building with an elevator and roof deck. I have a full apartment of furniture, all pretty nice stuff from west elm and room and board, and wouldn't mind bringing the furniture along with my move in. Btw, if you have a great space and seem like someone I can get along with i would be more than happy to grab a drink and chat. Look forward to speaking :)
