I'm looking for a roommate to take over the master bedroom in a beautiful 2 bedroom condo in Portola Place!

About the space:
It has a full kitchen, including stove/oven, big refrigerator, and dishwasher!
In unit washer & dryer
Master bedroom has an attached bathroom and is large enough to fit two people if needed (although I'm not interested in couples, I would be happy to live with two friends!)
Balcony attached to the large living room
Living room is fully furnished, all you would need to furnish is your bedroom!
Landlord pays for water/trash
We pay for internet/electric/gas

A little bit about me --
Early 20's female. New to the city and excited to start a new job in the Peninsula! In my free time, I like exploring the city in search of new coffee places, going to spin class, watching The Bachelor/anything on the CW, and going out to bars on the weekend!

I'm looking for --
Someone also in their 20's (preferably female) who has a stable job, is (mostly) clean, and a non-smoker. If you have a dog, even better! The condo is pet-friendly and I miss my dogs back home. I'm hoping for a positive roommate relationship as I don't know many people in the area yet!
