Large bedroom available in a 3 bedroom apartment in uptown Hoboken. Looking for recent college grad male roommate to fill spot until end of June when lease ends. Can move in November 1st. The whole unit has high ceilings and central air. Each room has a large window as well. Room for rent can fit a full sized bed with extra room for other personal items. The room we are looking to fill doesn't have a closet, but a hanging rack is available. Living room/kitchen is one large open area with extra space for storage. The apartment isn't furnished, but couches and a table have been brought in. Washer/dryer in unit. There is 1 bathroom, but it is easy to divide the time. Utilities paid are internet, electric, gas. Parking in garage of building, but cheaper to do street parking. 1 block from public transportation. Very close to bars/restaurants/shops and situated close to a public park as well. There is an elevator in the building but the unit is on the second floor. Looking for someone who is cool to hangout with at the apartment and at social events.
