Hi, My name is Caylee. I am 20 years old and looking for a room for rent in a safe and friendly environment. I am an actress and with a prominent agency and management team. I moved to LA a year ago and rented a studio apartment. I paid for a whole year by myself on time and now I am looking for something more affordable for a 1-2 year stay. I just had to sign my 30 day notice at my apartment and now I need a place secured by the 12th on June. I am leaving tonight for New york and will be there until June 1st for work so I'm in a little bit of a sticky situation. I'm a kind and generous person. I always clean up and well organized. I like to cook and bake healthy food and go to the gym daily. I wake up around 9 and am usually in bed by 10 or 11. I dont have a car and have been ubering everywhere. I would like to get a car this year. I don't have furniture. I only have a keyboard, dishes, clothes, and a lot of books. I have about 7-10 boxes of stuff but no furniture, not even a bed frame. so relocating will be easy I just need a secure place.
