Available Sept 1, my roommate decided to delay his move. Located in UES. Close to the Q and 4/5/6. Building and apartment are newly renovated. The room available is the street facing bedroom with a closet and additional storage. Fits a queen (I recommend a full for more room) and additional furniture i.e. night stand, table, dresser. Rent is $1500. Lease ends August 31 and I plan to renew. Wash and fold available a few doors down. Grocery store and NYSC are 2 blocks away. This is a 5 floor walk up.
I don't smoke or do drugs and am looking for the same in a roommate. My hours are 8-6 and prefer a roommate with a similar 9-5 schedule. I am looking for a roommate who is clean, honest, fair and financially responsible. I'm pretty quiet so noise won't be an issue.
Common area is fully furnished so bedroom furniture only. Dishes and cookware are available to use.
