This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in Clinton Hill. About a 4 minute walk from the Classon Avenue G stop. Near tons of cafes, bars and restaurants (Speedy Romeo's, Urban Vintage, Peaches Shrimp and Crab, Mekelburg's and Hartley's to name a few!)
Our building has a great outdoor space and our apartment is the only one with direct access.
We're currently looking for one person in their mid-late 20's or early 30's to take the 4th bedroom in our apartment.
We're 2 males and 1 female. One of the roommates works at night, one works second shift and the third works during the day so any schedule is fine as long as you're respectful.
Please note-The bedroom is not furnished, but the rest of the apartment is.
There is a washer and dryer in the basement of the building, our apartment is an elevated first floor. Water is the only utility included-gas, electric and wifi are separate and split 4 ways. We have a cleaner come monthly, and order general apartment supplies monthly which are also split 4 ways. First month's rent and deposit are required prior to moving in. Message me for more info!
