I am a 31 nurse, pretty laid back looking for a room mate for my 2 bedroom 2 bath. I live in southport corridor. It is a garden unit with plenty of light. You would have your own bathroom. shower, glass door, and room with a closet in it that goes into a big crawl space so storage. Front closet in apartment as well. Storage unit in garage. Washer and Dryer in unit. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances fridge, microwave. Dishwasher. Electric included with water. We have to pay gas and any cable wifi we want. I like stuff clean but it gets untidy when I am busy. But I always clean when I can. I get up super early a heavy sleeper would be better. I don't care about having people over, and honestly if you give me the heads up or just tell me I am pretty cool with a lot of stuff. It is permit parking. Near restaurants/starbucks/ 12 min walk to brown line Paulina, 3 min busied to Sheridan redline, my sister took it and the stop is 50 feet. We have a common deck on top of garage, and small patio as well. Gated apartment with multiple access points. If interested contact me asap renting for sept 1.
