I have a room available April 1, 2018 (or sooner) in a 4 bedroom apartment in Harlem. Your roommates are all females in their early 20s-early 30s. This is a month to month lease. A 30 days notice is required if you would like to move.

The apartment: 4BR/2BA with large living room, separate kitchen and washer/dryer inside the apt! It is on the 2nd floor, in a super cool area with plenty to do.The vibe is young, hip and relaxed.

Transportation: The apt is next to the 1 (5 min walk) and AC/DB stations (10 min walk).

The room: The room is large - you can easily fit a queen-size bed, has huge closet and great sunlight.

Utilities (ConEd + Household supplies): Average about $36/month total per person.

Internet: $25.75

The rent is $812.50. To move in you will need first and last months rent.
