Looking for a female roommate to apartment hunt with in Manhattan, preferably in between 14th st and 59th st - I'm down to look a bit lower or higher but please no fidi or Harlem.

Would also prefer a 2-bed flex (or true 2-bed if we can afford it) -- and if you have a higher budget than me, I'm more than happy for you to take the master bedroom! My absolute max would be $1800 including any broker fees / utilities.

A bit about me... I'm clean, but not a neat freak. Down to spend around $30/ea every 2 months to get a professional cleaner. I cook a few times a week, and will NOT leave dirty dishes in the sink (at least never for more than a day) and expect you to do the same. :) Will obviously help take out trash, and also I can contribute a roomba!

I'm pretty quiet and will likely stay in my room most of the time, but down to chill/wine/watch Netflix if you like. Not tryna host any parties but will occasionally have friends/the boyfriend over. Just for full disclosure, my boyfriend will probably sleep over around 30% of the time but I'll also be at his place 30% of the time, so it should even out!

I'm super responsible and will definitely help manage bills n utilities n shit. Also, I work 9:30-6:30 and shower at night... If that matters.

I like reading, nature, super smash bros, animated movies, napping, snowboarding, and corgis. If we can be friends that would be awesome, but my priority is being compatible roommates.

Also, I'm Asian American and do NOT wear outside shoes in the house. That's a big deal breaker for me.
