About the apartment:
I am moving to a different city and looking to fill my room. You would sign on for May 12th until July 31st, 2018 with the option to re-sign for a year on July 31st, 2018. The bedroom is a good size - fits a full bed, large dresser and side table. There is a washer + dryer in building. Pets unfortunately are not allowed. You will pay $951/month in rent along with cable which is around $40 and electric which comes out to around $15. Security deposit is 1.5 month's rent. The apartment is located on 5th and Adams, right near a ton of great restaurants, parks and bars. About a 10 minute walk to the PATH and Bus 126 stop is 3 blocks away.
