I live alone and I have one Bedroom for rent as soon as mid May or by June 1st. When the apartment was acquired the lease was for a year but the other person lost their job and could no longer afford to pay. I am looking for outgoing person that understand the responsibilities of maintaining a place. I have a solid job and always on time with the bills. Please limit visitors as I will also respect your privacy. Your immediate family are allowed to visit and stay a night or two as long as you don't abuse the trust. I have my daughter every other weekend only. Parties are not permitted and I expect you to do your part to keep the place clean as well. No pets are allowed by the association and 100 dollars nonrefundable for a background check.

I am looking for a responsible and decent person that will not only be on time with the rent but, also respectful of the place. Its an 11 moth lease with a shared bathroom and kitchen. You will have to pay 100$ for a background check which is nonrefundable. Visitors are limited to your immediate family and may stay with you a day or two the most. You can also have a Friend or two to visit but not to stay the night. Please understand that there is no party taken place and multiple people coming in and out of the apartment as I will also respect your privacy. the light bills are the only thing shared on the apartment which may total to 40 bucks a month. The Ocean is just two blocks away as well as the beach walk and parks right around the corner. Also there's plenty of stores only a few blocks away. Great neighborhood and excellent neighbors.
