Abby A - $1,725/month

I already have a 2BR in Greenpoint & need a roommate for $1725/mo. I am a very respectful roommate. What I value most is strong communication among roommates. I am very clean in common spaces--kitchen, living room, bathroom. My room tends to be a organized chaos, but it is contained and it's really an issue of not knowing what to do with my clothes. I am a slight germaphobe, though, so I won't be hoarding dirty dishes and whatnot. I am the type of clean person who doesn't like clutter and mess so I won't be in the other person's way. Depending on the day, I either like to keep to myself after work, go out for dinner and drinks with friends, or watch Netflix drinking wine. I'm definitely not looking to be the hermit-type of roommate. It's really important to me to not only be friendly with my roommate and say hi, but to be a good fit for one another personality-wise, even if our schedules don't line up all the time.
