Looking for fiscally responsible young adult to join myself and another in finding a home/apartment. Our expected move in date is between late June to July 1st. About us

Myself: 25yo/Male/Straight/Veteran Student. Will be attending CSULB in the fall. Currently residing in Fullerton where I am finishing up my transfer degree. I am an early riser (4:30-5:00am) who enjoys working out in the morning, cooking, and relaxing with a book in the evening.

2nd Roomate: 21yo/Female/Bi Recent graduate. Moving to Long beach from the east coast. Will be working at LGB. An early riser also who enjoys cooking and rock climbing.

You: 18-35yo/ any gender or sexual orientation. Rent Budget between $800-$1300. Either a student or young professional who is fiscally responsible and will not have issues paying bills on time. You respect everyone's space and their routines. You are a clean person who cares about having a well kept home and does not have a problem with handling cleaning that may not be your own . You see something dirty or needs fixing you do it. Need someone who shares responsibilities and doesn't just "keep on my own". Has good communication skills and overall just not a sketchy individual. Drama does not follow you.

We are looking for a home or apartment west or south from the airport and near CSULB. This will be longterm (12+months). You must be willing to pitch in for furniture and other items if needed to situate the place. No cats as I am allergic. Dog negotiable if home allows it.
