My husband and I are looking for friendly people to rent the 3 bedrooms upstairs. It has laundry, a kitchen, refinished hardwood floors, a dishwasher, and more. We've just finished doing extensive renovations and would love to show you today. Each room is $625, including utilities and Internet. You can rent one room or you and your friend(s) can rent 2 or 3; we'll only approve or deny based on income, credit, crime, eviction history matters. A 40-second walk to Starbucks and a 4-minute walk to the Kedzie Brown Line station.
