Looking for a roommate to sign a year-long lease for an east village apartment. Amazing location in the East Village right by Tompkins Square Park (corner apartment with a view of the park), gym, laundromat, and endless restaurants within 5-minute walk. Fully furnished living room and kitchen with the option to purchase my roomies queen bed and bed frame. August 1 lease date but option to move in earlier in July if needed!
