My name's JP and I'm looking for someone to take over my room starting in either September or October thru the end of my lease in April. The house is part of a private, 12 unit complex connected to a main apartment building in Midtown West. We've lived here for over 6 years and it's amazing.
Both roommates are young professionals with typical late night workdays and a lot of traveling (one travels 90% of the time and the other travels roughly half). Laid back, fun and clean, looking for someone around our age (Emma 31 and Adam 32) who can move in and join the randomness of having two roommates (dinner in, drinks out, etc.). No pressure - not looking for a best friend, just someone that can socialize on occasion.

3 bedroom, 2 story townhouse in private community in Midtown West. 2 current roommates looking for a third to take over one bedroom starting September 1st thru April (move in date is flexible - so a few weeks before or after is totally fine). The available room can come furnished or unfurnished and is large with the largest closet (the room can fit a queen size bed and two dressers). The room also faces the front of the house, so, is the most quiet.
