Brandon S - $1,950/month

My roommate and I are young working professionals in finance, living in Midtown West and working in Midtown. We spend most of our days at the office, but do enjoy a clean and fun apartment when not working. We both belong to nearby gyms and like to go out to meet family and friends when we can.

Our third roommate is moving to Boston by the end of May (when our current lease ends), so we are looking to find someone to move in with us and sign the new one-year lease starting 6/1/18. The cost of his room will be around $1,950/month. His room is the closest to the non-master bathroom shown in the floor plan (13' x 11' room size). The apartment has new hardwood floors and new appliances in the kitchen. There is also a large balcony off the living room and roof deck, both with great views.
