Hi there,
I’m a relaxed, clean, friendly, professional living in a beautiful apartment in Beverly Hills Adjacent.

I’m looking for a roommate to fill the Master (private bathroom inside) for $1,350 a month.

The apartment is fully furnished in all shared spaces so you won’t need anything exceot your room furniture.

Amenities:
Centeal air, all new stainless steel appliences (fridge, microwave, dish washer, full stove) hardwood floors throughout, celining fans, great natural light in all rooms, balcony, large private closets.

The building has a kept pool and laundry on site.

No pets allowed unless it’s a certified support animal.

I work 8am-6pm and typically go to the gym after work. Home by 8ish to make dinner and watch a tv show before turning in. I tend to hang out in the shared space a lot because I love my home and all the furniture/tv is mine. I’d enjoy living with someone who is clean, shares the household chores like garbage, dishes, and normal day to day tidying. If you prefer to hang out in your room a lot, that’s cool! But I will normally be in the living room when I’m home.

No partiers or hosters, the tenants in our building are mostly older people and I resepect the quite preference. Guests here and there are okay!
