Hi! I am a 29 year old paralegal for a patent and trademark department in a downtown law firm. During my off hours, I volunteer at a few organizations, like Legal Hand in Crown Heights and CUNY Citizenship Now (whenever they have an event), or a food pantry in the Bronx. I read an array of stuff, go to the gym, try to make time for museum visits, friends and family. I have a ton of books, magazines and journal subscriptions if you're ever interested. I also like to bike, though my road bike has gathered some dust the past year since I've been too busy to use it.

As a roommate:
I make sure to keep the common areas and my personal room clean. I prefer to have an apartment cleaning schedule where cleaning tasks are clearly delegated, but am also ok with whatever set up there is with the rest of the roommates. I make sure to take out the garbage when it's full, clean up my dishes and wipe down the kitchen after use.

On weekdays, I try to get to bed by 11pm and wake up at 6am, to leave the apartment by 7am. Because of either overtime or volunteer activities, I'm not entirely sure when I will get home for most weekdays. On weekends, I try to set aside time to food prep for the week, usually cooking and chopping stuff. I make sure to try and not hog the kitchen during that time and can coordinate with roommates to make sure I am not using the kitchen when either roommate wants to make something.

I am currently dating someone and they would stay over once or twice a week.

As for the financial stuff: I have a stable job and income and can provide past W-2's for my salary, along screen shots of the credit scores from my credit card account websites.
