Looking for a non-smoking roommate (this is an absolute requirement) who is fairly quiet, respectful of others and mindful of security issues. If apt. big enough I might give a dinner party a couple times a year. Will share food/grocery costs if desired. No parties in the home/apt. Profile questions weren't perfect. I may have a friend over occasionally, more often during the day. Roommate must be mature and dependable. Expect notification of guests and I will do the same. Although looking for month-to-month lease, potential roommate should be willing to make a 1-year commitment. Areas preferred: Mid-Wilshire, Fairfax district, West Hollywood, West LA, possibly Koreatown, Mar Vista, Culver City, Santa Monica. Wants to rent small house or apt. that allows pets.
