Rent is $1350 per month + utilities/incidentals and once a month housekeeper. Short term options available for April and May, then long term commitments only.
Located in the 90s just off Broadway, a few blocks from the 1, 2, & 3 express stop at 96th, Wholefoods, OZ and kosher restaurants. The bedroom is available partially furnished with a bed and has closet and storage space within the room.
