I'm looking for a roommate (Female Only) for my 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment located on Brickell Bay Dr. right by the water. The unit is newly renovated, and the rent includes both water and electricity. The building amenities include a gym, 2 pools that over look the bay, hot tubs, and restaurants. The location is right next the the board walk by the bay and is very quiet in comparison to other parts of Brickell with the hustle and bustle. Everything is in walkable distance, and the building has a charm you won't find elsewhere in Brickell.
