I'm looking for a roommate to move into a private bed/shared bath June 7th. (2 bedroom/1 bath house) Guy or Girl over 28yo, who is employed full time and does not work from home. Need to be dog friendly as I have a pit bull. No couples. No pets.
$800 a month which includes utilities, central air and washer and dryer in home. Street parking in quiet neighborhood.
Located in El Sereno 15 minutes to Pasadena, Highland Park, Dtown, Alhambra.
I work full time in Hollywood.
The staged photo is the room I am renting out. It comes with a closet. 10ft x 11ft.
