Here's a quick about me:

*30 years old - employed full-time with steady, consistent income
*Clean, tidy, ALWAYS respectful of shared spaces and the property of others
*financially responsible - have always paid bills on-time
*Not a party animal but still like to have fun. I enjoy the company of friends, love to go out to eat, or grab a drink at the local bar, listen to music, go to the gym, enjoy the beach, or having a casual beer or glass of wine.
*Travel constantly. I do a LOT of traveling, personally and professionally. I will likely be traveling at least 50% of the time, so that means you'll have the place all to yourself half the time.
*A great roommate. I've lived with all types of different people of diverse ages and backgrounds and have never had an issue.
