If there's a right fit - I'm considering renting a room, would also be a bathroom with aromatherapy shower. I have two extra rooms, either one could be considered. Greenbelt running trails, community swimming pool, easy access to 59/69, Grand Parkway, Beltway 8, Hwy 242. I am a professional woman. I have two dogs - they do not shed. There is a gate that keeps them out of the front of the house. I would prefer someone who isn't going to be in my living and kitchen space too much - since I am renting a room and bathroom which is in the front of the house. It's just going to depend on how we mesh. I would like to meet with potential individuals first before making any decisions on moving forward. Ideally - I'd like to find a great fit for a longer term roommate. I'm just hesitant and want to be cautious of who I allow in my home.
