First things first: CREDIT SCORE. If you are going to request a credit report on me, I am going to be upfront and tell you that more than likely it will come back as poor. This is not a reflection of my current credit standing as my credit score suffered a major blow in 2015 when I was laid off. I moved from Houston to here in Reston and I have a great job as an engineer. I make good money. I pay my bills. Enough said.
Now the good stuff! I'm an air quality engineer in the Reston area so I'm looking for places in Reston/surrounding areas. Ideally, I'd like to find a 2/2 for around $2,000/month or so so that the split is somewhere between $1,000 - $1,200 per person. I don't have any pets, no kids, and I don't smoke.
As far as living preferences go, I'd say my biggest two things are probably cleanliness and low A/C. I can't stand a dirty place and I usually keep the A/C pretty low...68 - 70 when I'm sleeping so I'm looking for someone who that won't be a problem for. Also I'm sociable, so finding another extroverted person is a plus, but it's not really necessary...I get along with just about everyone.
| My maximum monthly budget | 1,200 |
| Move in Date | Sep 2017 |
| Lease Duration | 1 Year |
| Age | 30 |
| Occupation | Engineer |
| Pets | No Pets |
| Education | Florida State University |
| Relationship Status | Dating |
We think Ryan would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
