Looking for a roommate to share a large 2 bedroom (+ furnished guest room )/1 bath apartment on Crescent Heights just south of Fountain. Amazing location close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and cafes. 5 minute walk to Trader Joe's, CB2, Starbucks, Crunch Fitness; 10 minute walk to Whole Foods; 20 minute walk to the bars of WeHo.

Apartment:
- Large furnished living and dining area.
- Community pool
- Secured access complex w/ guest code.
- Street parking
- Extra storage closet for personal use.
- Looking for someone to stay through end of lease at a minimum (10/31/2018).
- $1275/month + 1/2 electric, Internet and gas.
- Move in ASAP.

You:
Stable work and income (w/ proof for application + credit check - required). Laid back, friendly, preferably willing to be friends who share the space not just roommates, no hard drugs, clean and tidy. Preferably another gay male but open to anyone cool and easy to get along with.

Laid back and social guy from Seattle. Been in LA about a year. Love to explore the city, have friends over, go out to eat and go out on the weekends. Usually keep it pretty quiet on the weekdays but weekends are fair game.
