Looking for a roommate in Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan - New York

Miranda S - $1,000/month

About Me

I'm looking for a place to live with the possibility to extend the lease if everything works out, starting July 1st when my lease is up. A 6 month or yearly lease would be more ideal, as I am looking for something permanent. I am neat and easy to get along with. I like to cook sometimes (although I'm not excellent) and I think a home is an important environment to keep clean, happy, and safe. I do like to party but not so much in my space and I need my quiet time as well. As long as we have our own space and we are respectful of each other I'm sure we'll get along great. I'm planning to find either a situation where I can come in as an additional roommate or find someone to share a new apartment with. I do have a wonderful cat (that all the responsibility of will belong to me, and I will make sure never leaves a stink or mess) named Tiffany I hope to keep with me. I've lived in Manhattan since May when I graduated college but am leaving my current apartment and would like to live somewhere with a nice neighborhood and a cool area, I am primarily looking in Brooklyn and the East Village.

My maximum monthly budget 1,000
Move in Date Jul 2018
