I'm looking for a fun but respectful roommate for the second bedroom in my East Village 2-bedroom apartment. Unfortunately my friend who was supposed to move in no longer is in the financial position to do so so looking for someone to fill her spot!
Would love to find my new partner in crime as all my friends are now sorted with living situations RIP
About the place:
*It's a two two bedroom one bath in the heart of the East Village
*Both rooms fit Queen sized beds and your room has two windows so it has amazing natural light
*The whole place is super airy and all windows have views of the private garden
*Separate living room and kitchen (nice sleek fittings)
*Apartment has a huge private garden roof patio just for us-definitely one of the selling points of the place! I have a load of plants out there but only recently moved in so am yet to buy furniture for it...such amazing potential for sunset drinks/garden parties!
*It's on the first floor, so only one flight of stairs up which is amazing
*FYI I've pretty much finished furnishing it so if you have a lot of large furniture that you'd be hoping to put in the shared spaces then that likely won't work
*Great building overall-from what I've seen it's super young, everyone is 20-30 and very friendly and weirdly attractive (already had my neighbors over for drinks lol)

*I'm 24 and went to Columbia University and now walk at Mastercard as a PM
*I'm a Brit!
*I'm a big people person, have a dry sense of humor, and love a good time
*I'm a night owl and HATE mornings so sleep late on weekends and have a serious resting bitch face before work lol
*Bit of a neat freak-I like to keep everything relatively tidy and clean, ideally want someone who would be happy to split a monthly cleaner bill
*100% a party animal, go out on weekends until late and sometimes have people over though rarely during the week. I generally don't host big things and prefer to go out to drink but do have wine nights and plan on trying to make use of the garden!
*Apart from that, not too much to say-usually perusing TechCrunch/binging netflix/ordering seamless/drinking a G&T when not out with friends or working (obvious things like keeping it quiet-ish at night on weekdays etc. but I'm pretty relaxed about guests etc ;) you do you)
