I have a master bedroom with a HUGE closet and an extra big Bathroom. The room is fully furnished, with brand new furniture and as well as the rest of the apartment it is month to month with a 30 day notice. I prefer someone that will continue the lease with me- it ends in Feb/March but open to other options. The apartment is over 1500sqft. Walking distance to nearly everything. You don't need a car. Must be okay with dogs. I have a trained 2 year old Frenchie
