The apartment is three blocks from the A train (a 20 minute ride to Midtown) and five blocks from the 1 train (a 15 minute ride to Columbia's main campus). It is a recently-renovated (sleek kitchen!), first floor unit (no stairs!), and we are pet-friendly (creatures evaluated on a case-by-case basis).

Current occupant is 1 dashing (and non-smoking/drug-free) young professional/student. Room comes furnished with a full-size bed/futon combo, small side-table, bookshelves and lamps.

Applicants will need to provide proof of ID, employment and income (or a co-signer in lieu thereof). Also required are first month's rent plus an additional month's for a security deposit.
