- Each room as well as living room has a Fujitsu air conditioning / heating system with remote control.
- Glass cabinets. Stainless Steel microwave, Fridge, Stove
- Pretty furnished though we are looking to purchase a couch and coffee table again.
- You're welcome to bring anything you have to the extent it makes sense with the layout
- Current roommates are willing to sell their furniture.
- Located on Bowery Street (Nolita/LES border); very close to many trains (5 min walk from NQR, 2 min walk to 4,5,6 and F trains). Also next to great restaurants / bars / shopping.
- In-building, washer/dryer (free and always in operation)
- 1st floor unit (one floor walk-up)

We are gals in our 30s from California and Hawaii Respectively. I work in consumer electronics, Kelly works in Finance. We both love to work out, eat, travel, spend time with family and friends, watch live music / shows. As roommates and in general, we are respectable, thoughtful, clean, and easy to get along with.
