I'm a 58 year old male with a home in the Windward suburbs, much too large for just myself.

The space for rent is a private entrance, 4 room ground floor, quite large, with more than enough area for a considerate, stable, responsible, pleasant tenant/roommate.

You would have 4 rooms downstairs, including - private entrance, garage parking, great room, bedroom, second bedroom or office, private bath, patio. Laundry is on same level. Kitchen is convenient and immediately up stairs. Your garage space can be used for organized storage, and there is additional storage space available.

Currently unfurnished, but will consider supplying basic furnishings in exchange for appropriate rent increase.

You would be responsible for 1/3 utilities - electricity, gas, cable/internet - probably under 200 for your share.

I will consider small housebroken pets with a social demeanor.

I am certainly not a neat freak, but I would expect your area to be respectfully maintained and behavior considerate of the home and neighborhood!
