Hey there,
My name is Keionna and I am a 25 year old Drug and Alcohol Rehab Specialist (has no impact on my personality whatsoever lol ) currently pursuing my masters at John Jay.
I am looking for someone to sublet the spare bedroom in my two bedroom apartment. The apartment is inside of a 5 floor walk up so it’s a small close knit building. The apartment is standard size large living room, hardwood floors, standard kitchen, bathroom and average size bedrooms as you will see from the photos provided. The room is fully furnished with a Queen size bed, a dresser, two nightstands, lamp and a nice size closet. All utilities included.
