Hi, I am a recent college grad looking for a place that is clean, a fair mix of calm/private and social/fun, and most importantly is friendly to my dog, Arya. She is a boxer mix and is very sweet and well-behaved. Ideally the apartment would be near to a park, but it doesn't have to be huge like Central Park or Prospect Park.

I am a co-founder of a tech startup in Manhattan so I will work during the week, and a typical work day is 10-3 at the office and the rest of the time working from home since I like to be home for my dog as much as I can be.

I would like to be able to hang out from time to time (or more!) and have a relaxing place to live.
