I am looking for someone to take over my current roommate's bedroom/half of the lease in December. Move in dates are pretty flexible. The lease ends towards the end of December. Rent is $2000/month. Income requirements are 35x the monthly rent/year both of the tenants income combined. Guarantors are accepted for tenants who do not meet this requirement. Please no short term requests.
The bedroom is VERY spacious with lots of natural light. The building includes a 24 hour doorman, free gym, rooftop, and laundry facility. This apartment itself is very large so we flexed it. I currently live in the flexed room. Updates to the apartment are a renovated bathroom and brand new hardwood floors. There is a full size kitchen with dishwasher and fridge. The apartment is located on the higher level floors and has a great view of the area. Additional window in kitchen allows a lot of natural light to come into the living room.
I am a young professional and work pretty long hours during the week. On the weekends I enjoy going to brunch and out at night if I am in town. I am looking for someone who has somewhat of a similar lifestyle. I am very clean but not anal. Just need someone who can pick up after themselves. The apartment is currently furnished with my belongings. The only furniture that would be needed would be for the bedroom or anything the new tenant would want to add to the apartment's common areas.
