Room Available in Charming Beach House

We have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in the Outer Sunset in San Francisco that we are renting. We're looking for a 4th lovely lady to come join us 🙂 The house is near a bunch of restaurants and the N-Line Muni on Judah which takes you to downtown.

About the house:
-4 bed, 2 bath, 2 kitchens, outdoor fenced backyard (it's humongous)
-Washer/dryer in unit (that means your clothes don't get stolen when you fall asleep doing laundry. And you don't pay to wash your clothes)
-All bedrooms have their own closet. They're pretty similarly sized
-We have a garage so we can park our cars!
-Rent is $1425 + utilities (water, garbage, pg&e, wifi)

About the roommates:
-We're all in our mid 20s
-We like to hang out (we just went wine tasting together!), work out, lay around the house, laugh at our own/each others jokes, eat tons of food and drink lots of wine
-We also have a little gem named Angie. Great if you love dogs. If you're allergic, we probably wouldn't be a good fit!

About you:
-Be able to move in April 1st 2018
-Have a good credit score (above 650)
-Be able to pay rent on time
-Pull your weight as a roommate. Clean up after yourself, don't be a slob, etc
-Be fun! We'd love to be able to hang out with you and we're also able to give you space if you're having a busy day 🙂
