I have a 2BR apartment in Murray Hill and am looking for a second person to move in for a 1-yr lease into a large master bedroom. It's a 24hr doorman building with a GORGEOUS rooftop terrace and laundry on every floor. The current tenant is a good friend of mine and has lived at the apartment for a few years now. She is in her late 20s, corporate Lawyer, very friendly, clean, likes going to the gym, traveling, wine and exploring NYC. Rent is $1,890, and is available for move-in November 1.
