Hello,

I'm looking for a FEMALE roommate! Who either has a room or wants to live in the city. For October 30th 2017 or a few days earlier!!! Preferably, midtown area, upper east side (only 60s, 70s or 80s. Nothing further than that) or financial district. I work in midtown so I want to keep my commute to a 25 minute max. And I'm allergic to cats so if you have some it won't work for me:(
About me: My name is Ingrid. I'm a 33 years old female professional, who works in consulting in the finance industry. I usually work Monday trough Friday in midtown or downtown. I currently live in financial district.
In terms of the room: the room should have a window and AC. As well as closet inside. I have a queen size bed, one night stand, dresser, tv and small book shelf. I also have 2 bar stools and a few kitchen appliances. I'm clean and organize and try to keep the house quiet. I like to respect other peoples space as well as I would want to find similar people who will have the same respect for me. I'm looking for a one year lease.
In terms of the building and convinience: the building should have an elevator or if is a walk up it should be the 1st floor. Also, the building should have washer and dryer. The apartment should be near the subway for the trains 4,5 or 6, within 5 or so minute walking distance.
