Hello Future Roommate!

Currently my roommate and I have 2 rooms available ($1350 and $1950). We are both male (26 years old) and are both consulting professionals in downtown Manhattan. We both work extremely hard but we also know how to have a good time. Cleanliness and personality are ultimately the two biggest factors in selecting our new roommate. As long as you are good person, don't mind drinking a beer or two, and are clean, we will all get along.

We also want someone who is financially sound. If you are interested, send a message and we can schedule a time to meet up. The apartment itself is located in Financial District and more specifically Battery Park area.

The building is a luxury building with a 24-hour concierge and doorman, beautiful and spacious Venetian-style lobby, sizable gym, complimentary Sunday breakfast, and a valet service area for packages, dry cleaning, shoe repair, maid services, etc. There is a rooftop on the 25th floor that overlooks Battery Park and the Statue of Liberty.

We are one of two units in the entire building that has views of both the Hudson River/Statue of Liberty and views of the city itself. Our unit is located on the 26th floor and we have a washer/dryer and on our floor and a trash shoot down the hall (also on our floor). We are close to the 4,5, 1, and R trains. We are about a 3 minute walk to the Staten Island Ferry, an 8 minute walk to Wall Street, a 15 minute walk to One World Trade Center. Down the road from us is Stone Street, which is a great area to grab drinks and food. We are the 1st and only tenants thus far to have this apartment in its newly renovated state and we plan on keeping it that way for the foreseeable future
